There are 14 wild life sanctuaries (including two national parks) in the State of Kerala. These sanctuaries are: -

3. Chendurunny Wildlife Sanctuary
4. Periyar Tiger Reserve
5. Eravikulam National Park
6. Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary
7. Parampikulam Wildlife Sanctuary
8. Peechi Vazhani Wildlife Sanctuary
9. Chimmony Wildlife Sanctuary
10. Silent Valley National Park
11. Waynaad Wildlife Sanctuary
12. Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary
13. Thattekkad Wildlife Sanctuary (It is also a migratory bird Sanctuary)
14. Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary
